Ok it looks like we have a few more days of smoke and people are struggling, we are too but this is one of those times where the disciplines of chronic illness are really handy and if you are struggling you might find some of these lessons handy.
You are probably just not going to feel up to it, and well it sucks but it is worth making peace with the issues and level of discomfort you have, it will slow you down and make everything harder but probably not quite impossible, not everything.
Pick one thing each day to do, make that your whole plan and keep the plan simple enough for your energy envelope as it is today, don't count on having a better day and if you add add something fun before a second chore or more work.
Don't be cruel to yourself about what you are not doing, focus on the one thing you are going to or have accomplished and let that be enough because beating yourself up just isn't gonna get you more spoons, instead it just beats you up and makes things harder
Have a plan to distract you when it is bad. I have pokemon go, a novel and two shows ready to go for when I need to think about other things, see I can't tell my brain what not to think but I can go ... Look over there is a shiny thing!
It sucks and it is scary and it is unfair. I want to acknowledge that. On the other hand if you are in a slog right now none of that is going to help you make it though and keep yourself in reasonable shape it can be just another way to beat yourself up
It is frustrating to only be able to do a few things. You probably are going to have to focus more to do them too, but there is probably something you can do in your energy window and you have to just really take as much pleasure in that as you can.
Tommrow I am going to try to grocery shop, that is my entire plan for the day and if tommrow is a bad day it still might not happen but I am looking forward to that thing.
But other stuff is not gonna get done, like laundry, that is just the kind of trade-off that sometimes has to get made and seeing it as a choice of how to use the effort I have instead of feeling trapped by not having enough effort to do all the things was important for me
