Okay, deleted my last tweet about CUTIES because I didn't see any real issues with it.

Buuuut then, I got to some sequences that I found rather disturbing. It's not illegal to show young girls dancing, sure. But these 11-year-old girls are in their undies twerking on the floor.

Not okay. I understand the uproar now. Even though this is a French movie and America has been known to be quite conservative and offended by the more free, sexual nature of European movies ... there's a clear line CUTIES is dancing (pun intended) all over.

I'm not going to tout it as something pedophiles will flock to. Because pedos already know where they can get their content. I'm speaking as someone who used to work with the FBI and NCMEC in reporting child porn.

Again, maybe I missed the mark with this. Maybe CUTIES is showing these young girls behaving this way to shine a light on society and make the audience feel uncomfortable.
