I keep wanting to do game design advice threads, but beyond feeling deeply unsure about the value of any advice I can give, I feel like any advice I'd give would just be in the form of cryptic riddles and thought-puzzles.
On one hand, I'm a huge believer in taking a simple phrase and unpacking every single possible meaning from it and comprehending those meanings as a vast articulation of something impossible (see: You are alive)
But also ... I can't do that for explaining PBTA moves, I can't.

Also re: not having good advice, that's not because I have imposter syndrome (I do but that's besides the point!) it's because I don't know whether literally any of my advice is useful for other people to hear. I find it very helpful to think of games as dreams! You maybe don't!
This thread wasn't a plea for validation, but through making it I realized that it probably was just my imposter syndrome and that I should do the thread about what's on my mind, so ... here's some thought puzzles? https://twitter.com/jdragsky/status/1305698503004491776?s=20
