Thread about Gabby Kinney:

Gabby is one of the four clones of Laura Kinney made by Alechemax. The experimentation on these four clones made them unable to feel pain due to nanites in their blood which also shortened their lifespan.

we first meet Gabby in Laura's apartment in All-New Wolverine #2 and from there she becomes a recurring character. After the fight at Alchemax, she goes to live with Laura in order to pursue a life of a superhero

She adopts a literal wolverine that is brought to them by Squirrel Girl who rescued it from a laboratory. Gabby later goes to destroy this lab with the help of Deadpool.

During the Laura Kinney Virus storyline, she, along with other snikts and Wade team up to save Roosevelt Island. She also becomes Queen to the Brood for a while which was weird for everyone involved.

During Age of X-Man, Gabby is seen in the Danger Room prison presumably for "disrupting the status quo" in one of the many ways that she does

During the Orphans of X arc, Daken gives Gabby the moniker of Honey Badger which is the only codename she has ever had thank you very much

In X-Men Red, Gabby is amongst the team assembled by Jean Grey after she came back to life

and finally(i think) we are brought to DOX era, where we see Gabby overseeing her brother and father-ish figure playing russian snikt roulette in this instantly iconic scene

A few more things about Gabby:
-She is supposed to represent Laura's lost innocence
-We are led to believe that she may be lesbian or bisexual or pansexual based on her "unexplored feelings" towards a girl on a bus
-She has brass knuckles that say HONY and BDGR

As of today we have been infomred that Gabby will be returning on the New Mutants team starting in December post X of Swords!!!

some personal headcanons:
-Gabby uses she/they pronouns as they get older and embraces a more androgynous aesthetic
-Most feral/bloodthirsty of the snikts, having never really been allowed to put her training/powers to use
-Didn't know that she had her claws until Alchemax fight

Some interesting aspects of Gabby's character are the way she seemingly befriends typically violent animals or cyborg assassins. This could be seen as naivety or just youthful innocence, but I personally think it's deeper than that

Gabby is seen several times struggling with the concept of cloning and mutant clones. We get that weird storyline when she was merged with Esme (?) Cuckoo and she wants to save the x-assassins and the x-turkeys.

She has a very strong sense of family, despite most of her "biological" sisters being uh. Dead

She's also a fan of Captain America
