$ETH VS $NEO

I'm a fan of both NEO and ETH, but these two coins have had a long standing rivalry.

This thread will briefly compare the two, as well as share some of my price predictions for NEO's short term future.

Deemed as the "ETH Killer", this cryptocurrency surpassed everyones expectations during its 111,400% rise in 2017.

Following the bubble pop in 2017, we've been on a downwards spiral. Dropping over 95%.

This pattern has been seen amongst most alts.

$NEO $NEOUSD

Similar to my BTC prediction, I'm expecting a correction in the near future.

NEO is up 350%+ from where I told people to buy in March, and I've taken profits on this, waiting to buyback lower.

After $NEO's correction under $10, I think we will enter an accumulation phase going into 2021.

I'm excited for this because it will be a prime area to stack coins for the next bull run which could easily send NEO beyond $100 again.

What's better, NEO or ETH?

I personally prefer NEO, and here's a few reasons why:

1. NEO can handle about 10,000 transactions per second whereas ETH blockchain currently supports around 15 transactions per second.

2. NEO is being looked at as China’s answer to Ethereum.

Ethereum, on the other hand, isn’t supported by the Chinese government.

NEO has a great opportunity of capturing the massive Chinese market and other Asian markets.

3. The NEO/ETH Teams.

The founding team of NEO has been a part of the blockchain and cryptocurrency ecosystem since the very beginning. That’s the reason they have been able to develop great partnerships and a working product.

ETH team is praised for being the largest in all of crypto, although size doesn't mean quality.

We've seen Ethereum's scaling issues on spotlight over the years, as well as their constant delay's in ETH 2.0 launch, which raises some concerns over how dedicated their team is.

4. ETH is responsibility for 4000+ ICO shitcoins.

The Ethereum Network has been used to develop thousands of cryptocurrency scams. This has undoubtedly brought on a bad look for Ethereum.

From what I've seen, The NEO blockchain has been better curated for legit projects.

I admire both coins, and think they are working on valuable technology that will be adopted in the future.

I am still planning on accumulating positions in both #Ethereum and #NEO, and recommend people to look into both of these coins as potential investments in the future.

These threads are really fun, and I want to do more on other cryptocurrencies.
