I'm curious to know why in many ways, blind people are quite different from other disability groups. It's hard to put my finger on, so forgive me. But it seems like we often interact with disability and just life quite differently.
Actually maybe it's people who are congenitally blind. Does anyone else have a clue what I'm talking about? I know exactly what it is and yet I can't put it into words.
I also have a feeling that what I'm trying to say will upset people, but that also isn't my intention. It's just... almost like we don't fit? Like something is missing. And I'm not meaning that to be as bad as it sounds so please don't kill me twitter.
