Hey twitter question for you all. I see lots of disabled female creators/journos supporting each other via collective writing opportunities etc, yet I havent seen anything created by any men, why? Tbh Id be down for any collective group regardless of gender.

I see opportunities shared on my feed that are women specific. I'm not saying that's bad just that it makes me feel isolated with no options. I get excited reading a post and then I see the parameter includes being female and I sort of deflate. Apologies if that sounds ignorant.

Im just a disabled fella whos looking for some opportunities to share my work & thoughts & possibly get paid a bit for doing so. This thread isnt intended as a bash against female support initiaves, rather a guy sharing his honest thoughts.
