DROPS 3-5: THE LAST THREAD BEFORE Q HIT IT BIG

Previously, we've covered the first day of Q's activity, and discussed the (admittedly limited) responses he got from the 4chan audience.

Q was active again the next morning in a new thread -- and with a new tripcode.

We'll do a brief thread after this to explain what a tripcode is & why the changes are significant (in short, Early Q's habit of using a different tripcode in each thread meant that, when he found a larger audience, the anons didn't know he'd predicted HRC's arrest on 10/30/17).

For now, all you need to know is that -- due to the changes in tripcode -- we can't be *entirely* sure that the same poster wrote drops 1-2, 3-5, 7-13, and so on. All we can do is analyze each thread on its own terms.

(And yes, this means we may be missing some attempted drops.)

With that out of the way, let's dive in to *this* thread!

This will take a while to draft, so here's a preview to whet your appetites. (BTW, this comment was made before Q's appearance in the thread -- more evidence that Q was repackaging beliefs that were commonly held on 4ch.)

P.S. Fun fact: an anon claiming to have inside information, *identifying himself as "T"*, posted less than two hours before Q's first drop in the thread.

PART A: THREAD CONTEXT

There's a LOT to unpack in the OP for this thread.

Like the first thread Q responded to, it speculates about the Mueller investigation; also like the first one, it suggests that in fact Mueller was investigating *Dems*.

That sets the tone for the rest of the thread, which (at the risk of beating a dead horse) is once again dripping with proof that all of Q's themes were popular on 4chan before he came along.

We can't stress enough how often that fact slaps a reader in the face.

It's blatant.

In fact, it's SO blatant that we see other anons commenting on it -- of course, there's the Norwegian anon we mentioned earlier...

but there's also a Canadian who sees the dynamics at work here and an American who raises an obvious point:

But most anons sat comfortably back in the Conspiracy Zone, praising Trump and suggesting he was the victim of a conspiracy involving Communists, or "Luciferians", or pedophiles.

Like we said: sounds familiar, right?

There was ONE surprise in this thread -- many anons were hostile, or at least ambivalent, towards General Flynn.

So it seems that before the Mueller investigation targeted him, he wasn't really a hero on the right. Or at least not on 4chan.

Let's close out this bad boy with a complaint about "all of the LARP anons that come on here," and then a light sprinkling of LARPs.
