there’s a small group of people in sports media and related industries who justify NFL ratings coverage and discussion.

that audience in no way justifies wall-to-wall coverage of NFL ratings that’s obviously motivated by racism. If you don’t think it is, you don’t want to know.
at the very least white supremacist media outlets have long traded on weaponizing television ratings of leagues in which the players are predominantly Black in order to incite racist hatred of Black Americans. that alone is all you need to know.
we have seen in the last few days how NFL ratings coverage is contorted and contrived to serve the purpose of white supremacists in the media and in general. when that wall-to-wall NFL ratings coverage is interpreted, Black Americans are disproportionately negatively impacted.
if your response to what I am saying in this thread is to ask me if all of the people who cover NFL ratings are racist, then you can confirm what everyone else already knows: you are a white supremacist.
lastly it is no coincidence that the vast majority of people who consume NFL ratings coverage do not consume the coverage of the people who have been covering it the longest and have a loyal following made up in part by people who benefit from that coverage and discussion
