So tonight me and the girls went for a meal, and on the table behind us there was a couple arguing. The guy was screaming at the girl and getting aggressive, and she was TINY and looked mortified. We had to fucking do something, as we’d expect women to defend us the same TBC

When he eventually stormed out after screaming at her to fuck off in @allbarone we asked her to sit with us. Moved her food, and poured her a glass of Prosecco.

We ended up bringing her back to my house, and peptalking her confidence up a little after finding out that he’d started this argument after going through her entire phone and causing an argument over an email her ex sent her 5 years ago. Mental.

He then spent the rest of the evening kicking off at her, using every gaslighting tactic known to man, even going as far as to tell her that WE were laughing AT her, and that she was making “a show” of him after he literally walked out of a bar and left her in an unfamiliar town.

Context: they’re not from Chester, and we’re visiting.

She literally left 15 minutes ago, and we have her number, Instagram, and Facebook.

She’s no longer crying, and she knows that she deserves better.

Women, always support women.

Update: She’s back at the hotel safe. Dropping us a text tomorrow. We’ll probably all go get coffee. @jaunty_goat seems like the ideal place to recuperate.
