Is there anyone on here who had a..... negative experience at their student paper?
I'm just curious! I only ever hear good things, but student papers seem to be breeding grounds for HR probs; a whole bunch of kids governing each other without proper systems for accountability.

my DMs are extremely open if you want to talk! it's really interesting how people/journalists only ever share the very positive experiences they had at their student papers, but they all seem to have very real problems
the culture at my student paper made me want to leave journalism altogether :)
maybe i....... WILL write about this? would that be cool? a piece about the (sometimes toxic) culture at student papers? the difficulty of feeling unwelcome there? hmm .......................... more 2 come!!
