Thread of things people say/do that make me wonder why these people are allowed to drive:

Customer: my car feels like it's driving weird, the tire light has been on for a while
Me: *checks pressure, sees it's at 20 psi, relays it to customer*
C: wow that's low, how often should I put air?
Me: once a month
Customer: oh I haven't done it since I got them a year ago

Customer: my engine sounds weird
Me: *checks oil, sees it's sludge, pitch black, tells them*
C: so I should change my oil?
Me: Well, yea...
C: oh i havent done it since I bought the car
Me: when was that?
C: 2017

Customer: my car is wobbling
Me: *checks tires, sees 6 lug tires only have 3 lugs*
C: i didn't know we needed all of them?

Customer: my wiper fluid isn't coming out, I think something is loose
Me: pops hood, sees no fluid is in the canister
C: we have to put something in there, I thought it just comes out

Customer: when it rains my wipers don't get anything off the windshield
Me: *sees there's no rubber on the blade*
Customer: well how am I supposed to know these things need to be changed?

Customer: hi so I got work done on my car and since then it's really hard to see outside my vehicle at night I think the lights were messed with
Me: what did you have done?
C: my windows got tinted
