my attempt to do Chloe Ting& #39;s two week shred challenge, a thread:
Day 1:
- nearly passed out halfway. makes sense, the last time i exercised was around May. every move pains me physically and psychologically. looking forward to see the day where i could do it with ease.
- didn& #39;t eat any junk food today, had good nutrition, good portion control
Day 2
- still couldn& #39;t do full workout from start to end, but didn& #39;t (almost) pass out like yesterday. half-assed the second half. but hey at least i didn& #39;t give up. yea i know I& #39;m a weakling.
- ate well, nothing unhealthy and no calorie surplus

Day 3
- my dumbass forgot to write it down yesterday. goddamn.
- went well, still doing all the low impact version bcs I& #39;m WEAK

- kinda half-assed it bcs i was tired from going out like almost the whole day

uh i forgot this thread existed bcs i rarely open twitter, but yes, i completed the whole two weeks even though i swapped the rest on day 11 to be on day 10. i think the results would& #39;ve been a lot more visible if i didn& #39;t eat a lot of instant noodles bcs they were almost expired
