1. Company gives products to the authorised distributor on payment.
2. Distributor gives it to retailers on credit a)some times on no of days basis and mostly on sell out basis( जब बिक जाएगा तब पेमेंट होगा)
3. Most products are push products not pull
4. Company's pressure is there on distributor to purchase every month ,irrespective of his sale
5. Market outstanding and his stock in hand becomes huge
6. Bad debts
7. Retailer always know the landing price of the distributor and even his incentive.
8. He negotiates on that
