i was going to point out, in a reply to my last tweet, that i specifically said 'western bigots' when defining the group who i was talking about, & am obviously not saying all western fans of asian things are bigots. but i stopped myself like 'no. let's let them make the mistake'

feeling spicy on twitter lately

now i have people quote-tweeting it saying "maybe we just think they're cute!" etc, revealing that they read 'western bigots' and immediately assumed that meant them. half funny, half sad. kinda cancels out

like a basic sort of logic thing. "people with red cars do [X]" being quote-tweeted by people yelling "but *I* have a *BLUE* car & i never do [X]!!" like ya i wasnt talking about you, then, was i. the words. look at the words
