This month, the 9th Circuit has ruled that an NSA surveillance program was unlawful and the FISA Court approved continued surveillance even in the face of "widespread violations" by the FBI. 2/3

We have joined with groups like @FreedomWorks @FreedomofPress @TechFreedom and @demandprogress to urge #Congress not to reauthorize these programs without reform in any form of "must pass" or COVID-19 legislation. 3/3
