the "new" flag and the stripe meanings are not good at all. some trans people consider "genderblind" to be transphobic, and "sexual and romantic attraction regardless of sex" is not what pansexuality is at all, sex and gender are not the same thing
if i miss anything/get this information wrong please let me know so I can correct it! But the bottom line of this is that you cannot make pan flags if you are not pan, bi/pan lesbians do not exist and invalidate all three sexualities, and "sex" has nothing to do with pansexuality

Another thing I want to add is that if you are pan, you can choose whether or not to use either of these flags, but that says very much about your character and concern for others and I do not want to be associated with you. Read the above thread specifically for why
the new flag is problematic as well. When a flag for a sexuality that literally includes ALL PEOPLE manages to exclude certain groups, that is a problem. And non-pan people, you do not get to decide which flag we use. It is not your place so sit the hell down.

To add some more information, this flag that I mentioned earlier was created in response to the creator of the original flag supporting bi/pan lesbians.
