This is the state of Cheshire/Dunbridge streets in #BethnalGreen's Weavers ward after @TowerHamletsNow closed surrounding streets for #LiveableStreets. A line of idling cars waiting for the lights. General pollution here must have gone up. And dont get me started on noise!

Bedlam at Cheshire st today again. Now the posh residents got their " #LiveableStreets, cars are using side streets. Ambulance couldnt go pass, drivers shouting and fumes from idling cars, cyclists on pavements, etc. What is @TowerHamletsNow going to do about it? #bethnalgreen

Today again: traffic jams, ppl losing their temper, noise and pollution on Cheshire/Dunbridge st. Been like this since @MayorJohnBiggs decided to shut Old Bethnal Green rd and Brick lane with their #LiveableStreets gimmick. @TowerHamletsNow must sort it out!
