Skincare is very specific, I always say this & it is different for everyone which is why everyone’s opinion is different on each product. It is however very important to know a few things before you purchase your skincare such as your skin type.

There could also be a number of things that cause your skincare not to work or even worsen you skin conditions/issues, I have a video on 5 reason why your skincare isn’t working (5 out of MANY tbh)

Knowing ingredients is also very important bc skincare brands can literally claim anything under the sun about their products but ingredients are the only thing that can support their claims. There are a websites provide ingredient info & I also do infographics on my IG on them.

It is important however to do research on journals and articles that backup information provided by these websites but it’s a great place to start
