Pornographers violate the rights of women under internationally recognized principles of law.
The Universal Declaration of Human Rights says that everyone has the right to life, liberty, security of person, that no one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman, degrading treatment or punishment, that everyone has the right to recognition everywhere as a person.
It also says that no one shall be held in slavery or servitude, that slavery and the slave trade shall be prohibited in all their forms, and in international law the trafficking in women has long been recognized as a form of slave trading.
