All NYers can vote by mail by requesting an absentee ballot. You can choose the reason as “Temporary illness or disability,” which includes the risk of contracting Covid-19.

✅ You can still vote in person if you request an absentee ballot.

You can now track your absentee ballot at http://nycabsentee.com/tracking ! @boenyc will confirm:

1) if they received your absentee ballot request

2) if they mailed your absentee ballot

3) if they accepted your absentee ballot, and how to fix it if they did not

Once you fill out your absentee ballot, SIGN and DATE the back of your absentee ballot envelope.

We recommend submitting your ballot as soon as possible. The postmark deadline is November 3. Ballot drop boxes will also be available at every poll site and @boenyc office. 7/
As always, you can still choose to cast your ballot on Election Day. If you are worried about crowding or lines, we encourage you to vote early October 24-November 1.
