It is called the trickle up/down effect. The goal is to normalize pedophelia through desensitization. The more you expose people to something, the less and less it bothers them. It is like listening to a smoke alarm but over time, your ears will begin the adjust to the sound.
They look for young girls and sexualize them by promoting and glorifying talking, dressing, dancing mature and sexy, like adult women by targeting children that have parents that have no issue with it as long as it comes with fame. You can find this with the #DanceMoms series
They then sexualize adult women by promoting childlike clothing, Halloween costumes, baby dolls and school girl uniforms (Brittney Spears) etc. They pull kids in though young Disney stars this way and then flip them overnight to sex symbols that these young girls idolize.
Childhood is heavily sexualized in order for society to accept it as normal and healthy sexual behavior. This has also fed the feeds the monster of in spikes of pedophelia, pornography and human trafficking
By the way, they get away with this by convincing women and girls to accept this as a form of “feminism and female liberation.” Isn’t it funny how chains come disguised as wings? Where is #metoo

My book is Evicting Jezebel: The Rising Trend of Aggressive Women, by the way. They will stop doing this when we stop allowing it to happen and I’m glad I am seeing people finally taking a stand. Our children deserve it.
