After multiple surgeries that my wife barely survived, what kind of man WOULDN'T absolutely want to take paternity leave (if he's lucky enough to have access) to be there for his fam? Besides, it it should be available for EVERY American. Not just wealthy CEOs + founders like me.
And while we're on the subject.. there's a black maternal health crisis in the US and COVID19 has only exacerbated it.
