On the contrary Rajiv showed concern for insecurity of KPs around the time HM's daughter Rubaiya was kidnapped.

On 8th Dec 1989, 9.30 pm Rajiv called Mufti as LoP on the secret RAX line. I took the call & put him thru 2 Mufti. Rajiv expressed empathy but also spoke on KP fears.
