On the contrary Rajiv showed concern for insecurity of KPs around the time HM& #39;s daughter Rubaiya was kidnapped.
On 8th Dec 1989, 9.30 pm Rajiv called Mufti as LoP on the secret RAX line. I took the call & put him thru 2 Mufti. Rajiv expressed empathy but also spoke on KP fears.
