So i'm going into it and backing everything up and slowly taking down. And it's September, which is always a good time for a back to school NEW START. I could go on about September, but it was a thrill to log into today and a post from 020915 was there...4/
Which consisted solely of the ballroom scene from Kubrick's The Shining. That's how the blog worked. I was happy to see posts that contain YouTube videos of television technical faults as part of the ongoing narrative, as I believe it gives the body of work more structure...5/
...Or should that be the brain of work. In the next year I am hoping to be able to focus on my arts practice as a writer, writing about nostalgia and place #hauntology #psychogeography and also my professional practice, as a writer who writes creatively about the arts...6/
And, fingers crossed, there will be easy to access places for my many side projects including #sundayxpress @Centrala_space, the work I do for Arts Forum Selly Oak, and anything else I want to realise, rather than let people do the digging themselves! 7/
My thanks to all who are helping me with this, including @BOMlab with Propeller, their professional development programme for adults with autism. I was diagnosed in 2017, and it's been fascinating going through my work and seeing the projects bounce off each other...8//
