I know I& #39;m late to the train, but I wasn& #39;t on Twitter in January and even after searching there seem to be no tweets talking about this in detail. It& #39;s not just the general vibe of the Walls and the SMG mv that are super similar. Take the start - singers lonely in the desert
Everyone& #39;s favourite door - placed on top of a hill, leading to dancers. And, again, similar outfits (down to the bit of black above the brown jacket/ coat)
Noticed the masks the dancers wearing in the SMG mv? Well, there are also masks in Walls. They probably represent Louis& #39; fans - but what if the masked dancers in SMG are also a fan representation? This would explain why in Louis& #39; mv, the dancers seem more grown-up (fans age too)
The Walls mv very prominently features shots of musicians - in the desert, in the ballroom. Seems familiar? Except, here the musicians are isolated
Then there& #39;s the use of elements - Louis puts fire, where SMG features water. Coincidence?
Everyone freaked out when they saw the scene with the five silhouettes. But it gets even creepier - there is a shot almost too similar to it in the SMG mv. They& #39;re backlit as well and even the order is almost the same! (Why did they make Niall and Harry change position though?)
I& #39;d even go as far as saying that this scene is a sort of comment on the other. A performance in the middle of the desert, on the one hand juvenial chaos on the other grown-up technical simplicity.
When looking at the Walls mv, the only scenes that do not have a parallel to SMG are these - Louis in the hallway (which is maybe linked to the sky door - and there was a song for this too in 2017), in front of the mirrors and the target thing.
Conclusion: It is not a coincidence, that the videos are so similar. In fact, there was most likely a plan behind it. End of thread. Read more of my thoughts on this matter here: https://onesalvation.tumblr.com/post/629098079081070592/steal-my-walls">https://onesalvation.tumblr.com/post/6290...
