I’d also like to invite @udrysa to this thread as a guest speaker; Almis & his GOP colleagues in San Diego recognized years ago that there was no conservative w/out conservation & took action to reduce carbon emissions & promote renewables. We need you @smkeefer & @AsaJamesSwan.
