It promises to be a historic week as the Spanish government will bring its new & #39;Democratic Memory& #39; law to parliament. This law is designed to address the shortcomings of 2007& #39;s Historical Memory law and provide reparation to Francoism& #39;s victims.

Mass graves and exhumations are again one of the most central themes of the new Memory Law.
