Simple question:- If you are a promoter of a company, you see your present CEO is not good. You sack him.

Next, you hire a new CEO, he is well aware about condition of your company. He gives you presentation how to put your company back on development track. You hire him.

1/n
New CEO unable to perform first two years, then he takes couple unmindful difficult to explain "moody" decisions because of which your company's suppliers - debtors ratio gets disturbed and your company came into cash crunch.
But, you believe him, allow him to continue. Next he launched racism-casteism with in your company to secure his position, resultantly there is unrest in the company, performance down, liquidity crunch. But, you ignore and still go with him.

3/n
Next, he launched an uncalled for advertisement strike against your competitor and spend a thousand crores in it, you kept quiet, no result.

Next, he gave you a bill of world travel with ZERO new investors from abroad. You still allowed him.

4/n
He continues to blame his predecessor for the mess in company and asked some more time. You give him more time.
Next, he brought inter company memo against a particular community that creates unrest in your factory.

5/n
Next, your new CEO hide facts and figures from you that some part of your business you lost to nearest competitor,
Next your CEO sit with straight face and tells you nothing has happened. We haven't lost anything.
6/n
Next, your CFO says we are losing because of act of God.
After 6 years in job Your CEO again blames his predecessor for the condition of the company.

Now my question to you as the maalik of the company, would you still support that CEO,

7/n
would you still be able to save his face your company face in front of world media, would you still allow that man who has been lying to you for 6 years? Would you sack him or not.
