Tonight we disrupted a Trump rally in Las Vegas to call for justice for Jorge Gomez. THREAD
On June 1, Jorge was murdered by LVMPD after he participated in a peaceful protest at the federal courthouse in Las Vegas, practicing his 1st and 2nd amendment rights. He was shot 19 times as he was walking to his car after the protest.
The police have never released any footage from that night, even though it was at the federal courthouse which has many cameras and police should have had body cameras on as well. This is a cover-up. We demand LVMPD release the footage! We demand justice for Jorge Gomez! #BLM
