Also, yes, Democrats can suck at politics, but that doesn't mean the GOP is talented. Things are easier when you start w/ a base formula of racism, proceed to convince people science doesn't exist, & then turn them into a death cult that believes in nothing except white supremacy

I'll be the 1st to admit Dems can be messy, but maybe that's bc we have principles beyond, "How can I use bigotry to convince white people to hate gov't so much that they'll vote for policies where an microscopic subset of them can sit on endless wealth & everyone else suffers?

And, sorry, I don't really want to go after Never Trumpers right now. But I also don't want to be exposed to a long ass lecture about how the Southern Strategy & everything that has come since constitute "good politics"

Also, it's relevant b/c there's a straight line through the Southern Strategy & broader racism to things like climate change denial, Donald Trump, & Q-An*n. So I'm not just talking about the GOP's historic villainy for funsies. Their actions have consequences.
