Day 2, im dying already wkwk
Sore in every single muscle i have
Day 3, riding 37km 4 stops
Can't feel my legs, hand hurts too
Day 4 are day off
Day 5-6 small workout
Do some jogs on day 5, and today doing volleyball
Day 7
Doing badminton and almost reaching my limit, feels good man
Day 8
Taking day off and got massage just now, time to have good sleep
Day 9
More basic workout at home, now 169 67. Target will be 60
Day 10
Doing badminton again, do a bit of jogs, and basic workout
Day 11
Sprained my ankle, do basic workout a bit and try balancing my nutrition
Day 12
Taking day off doing chores, cleaning lens and cam, and chilling a bit
Day 13
Another day off because going to park for some times and do chore cooking a lot, mom sick
Day 14
Did speedrun 20km cycling and a bit of futsal, maybe do jogs on afternoon if not raining
Skipping day 15 forget to update
Doing "senam lantai" trying to keep up with my old stamina

Doing basic workout, aiming belly and thigh. Will continuing "senam lantai" tomorrow

Sleep all day feeling unwell, baru bangun karena rumah gapernah gak berisik
Day 18
Things get worse, all i do is staring my phone and sleep. Wishing it isn't the varus
Day 19
Back to light workout, still feel sick tho but trying to get on course asap

Doing full 6 hour cycle run around tangerang, stopping a lot for eat stretch drink etc

Take short break, taking care mom she is very ill. Dont know for how long and doing chore and cook actually tiring

I got ton of sleep today because sleep deprived some several day, both getting better tho buat still needs a lot attention

Doing some run and volleyball, im on 65 now and trying to do diet

Yesterday doing a bit of soccer and big run.

Setelah 37 hari makan 2-3x sehari olahraga lumayan berat, dari 72 sekarang 64. Target 60 sebenernya tapi karena dirumah masak sendiri dan banyak jajan yang enak di citra jadi gak diet
