in Islam, it teaches you to cover up to protect ourselves, yes that is undeniably true and I try as best as I can and I know there are women oit there that are also trying their best
but to put things into my perspective, when women dress the way they do (whether or not as a muslim) they don’t hurt anyone or have intentions to hurt anyone
men do not get hurt mentally or physically if a women wears a dress, it doesn’t harm them, it doesn’t affect them negatively
but women do get hurt, sexual harassment, sexual abuse, verbal abuse, rape, simply because they decide to wear a dress or tube top that they find pretty
in all seriousness, if you’re very religious and you follow the rule of covering your aurat then that is amazing you are doing good as a muslim women especially in todays society
but does it make you a good muslim women if you agree that other women should be disrespected? does it make you more religious that you also add verbal abuse to women who aren’t ready to cover properly?
does it make you more superior when you say these women deserve the sexual harassment that both men and women throw? Allah is the most forgiving, who are you to act as superior as you are
There’s no need for hate, there’s no need to feel better than others, if religion is as important to you as you make it seem, bring peace and pray that she gets hidayah to slowly cover up. Doa is very powerful, use it while you can
