Today at 4:15 p.m., Officers from Lancaster Bureau of Police responded to a residence on Laurel St. for a report of an in-progress domestic disturbance. There was an Officer Involved Shooting and 27-year-old male, Ricardo Munoz, is deceased. 2/4
