The co-founder of this campagin, Elliot Costello visited HAGAR in Cambodia. What’s HAGAR? HAGAR is an international org for women and children to recover from trauma TRAFFICKING, ABUSES, and SLAVERY.

And back to the topic. Elliot met a girl who painted his nails to BLUE. Long story short, he found out that Thea was physically and sexually assaulted so she came in HAGAR.

That's how this campaign chose to use nail polish.
