Age would make sense if his birthday was in between March and September. Waiting for more confirmation, but it looks like this is correct.
CONFIRMED: National Guard is on the way to Lancaster City PA.
I have possible eyewitness footage, but I will not share this until I can confirm that this is from today of this incident. Death is not something to be celebrated, and I hesitate to share footage of anything like that.
