Slow-mo version. So, I know people are gonna disagree with me on this but lemme just say I am in no way here to debate you. These are my thoughts. First things first is that I don& #39;t like it when people say the facial emotions mean nothing for evidence. [1/8]
The whole point of the remake was that the OG was polygons. Meaning that they had no facial expressions, so words we& #39;re used to show feelings instead. So, this means that remake gives us their emotions to scenes we didn& #39;t get in OG. [2/8]
In this scene, C & T are in the vent looking at Sh!nra staff talk about A in a very bad way, and it& #39;s no different from OG. They want to force and torture A to reproduce for their sick needs. Now, they could& #39;ve easily zoomed into both C & T& #39;s faces in the vent for this. [3/8]
But interestingly enough, it& #39;s C& #39;s face they show only. Why would they want us to see his reaction to such a scene if it wasn& #39;t meant to show his reaction? And, the most interesting part is that they show his reaction exactly when they say the words "reproduce" below. [4/8]
To me, this shows that they wanted us to see C get angry about what they were gonna do to A. Now...let& #39;s think about why C and not T? Could T not see what was going on? Could she not look through the vent as well? I& #39;d like to think she saw and heard just as much as C. [5/8]
I think it was to show us that this scene was meant to just piss off C the most. If you think about it, C is also a victim in all Sh!nra& #39;s experiments. He knows they will do whatever to A to fulfill their desires. This means to drug and have some rando SOLD!ER r*pe her. [6/8]
C& #39;s eyes widen and then squint. He clenches his mouth together almost as if he were clenching his teeth, or trying not to make a sound. The point I am getting at this? It& #39;s interesting they wouldn& #39;t show T& #39;s reaction to this hideous scene too. [7/8]
I& #39;m not saying at all that if T and A were traded that C wouldn& #39;t have the same reaction, but it& #39;s just interesting that they didn& #39;t show both their reactions if they know C is just a "friend" to A only and not a potential love interest in the future parts. [8/8]
Just some little things to think about that may not mean anything to any of you, but they sure do mean a lot to me. LOL
