So I went and watched Cuties on Netflix to see what all the fuss is about.

It turns out most of the criticism I've seen on Twitter was uninformed nonsense spread by the morally outraged mob
To specific claims:
1️⃣ It's not child pornography. By any stretch.
2️⃣ There's NO CHILD NUDITY. JESUS FUCK
3️⃣ There's one scene where a young woman exposes her breast--NOT THE 11-YEAR-OLDs
4️⃣ Nothing sexual(ized) is normalized. Pretending otherwise is admitting you didn't see it
I've even seen a claim that someone gets murdered in the movie. No. This is completely made up.

The director, Maïmouna Doucouré, is getting outright smeared in addition to the death threats she's received.
Further on the "normalization" :

The whole film sees young girls walk the line between what's desirable (to society, to boys) and what's wrong--what makes you a "slut," a "whore," disgusting and a disappointment to your family
The driving factor for the protagonist Amy and her friend Angie is escaping difficulties at home through dance for self expression, but also attention.

And when winning an all-ages dance competition is an uphill battle, they do anything necessary to win
This means seeing what gets the most attention online: heavily sexualized dancing (the connotations of which are lost on the children, too young to even know what sex is)

Amy does it to get accepted by the dance crew--they do it because they want to win
Anyway, I recommend watching the movie, especially before the free-speech police take it off of Netflix and drag people off in handcuffs for crimes against morality.

It's not a fun, light, family flick. It's difficult and uncomfortable at times. But it's an important film.
If you want to know more about actual sexualization of children, listen to the experiences of a former child star https://twitter.com/MaraWilson/status/1304883825789423616?s=19
