RE: Remarks.
Until the referenced suit is determined, the doctrine of subjudice precludes further statements on the events. This is further reinforced by the rule in Military Governor of Lagos State v Ojukwu (citation) which precludes conduct capable of overreaching the Court’s decision.
In light of the above, I will not be making any further statements. I thank everyone who stood by me in these trying times. I am grateful for the support. To everyone else, I understand the sentiments but I hope that, having heard my side of the story, there is some clarity.
