Added bonus, the men's sign on the women's toilets appears to be a new addition, and the door of the mixed sex toilet does not close fully enough to allow locking unless pushed from outside.

Forgot to mention, queue for mixed sex, none for men's, and no loo roll in the mixed sex, of course.

My wife attempting to close the door in the mixed sex loo, she's not exactly a wilting flower, still couldn't close the door without serious effort. I had no chance.
