(3) a. they were drinking their coffee, how would they suppose to drink it without lowering their masks at the neck level
b. they’re maintaining a distance in an open air, in comparison to the people inside that coffeeshop who weren’t wearing their masks and were super close...
(4) would that be unfair for them to be apprehended just by screaming on the ground level and not informing their staff (to let them warn or tell my friends in a nice way) And why is their selective reprimanding? Just because my friends were loud and are part of the LGBTQIA+?
(5) your business is new & u treat your customers in a rude & an unprofessional way. it’s a mudsling. i hope this is a catch for u to professionally serve your customers right. Just my 2 cents.

P.S. inform also your customers indoors coz they’re not following the IATF protocols
