I am skeptical because the sculptures are too accurate. 1. If you go to this site ( https://www.reddit.com/r/hinduism/comments/gef0al/stages_of_foetus_development_as_per_garva/)">https://www.reddit.com/r/hinduis... and/or try yourself - you will not find any authentic source of these pictures.
2. This article on Garv Upanishad by @subhash_kak https://link.medium.com/WRB4TsNLz9 ">https://link.medium.com/WRB4TsNLz... is scholarly but here there is no mention of these sculptures.
