I am skeptical because the sculptures are too accurate. 1. If you go to this site ( https://www.reddit.com/r/hinduism/comments/gef0al/stages_of_foetus_development_as_per_garva/) and/or try yourself - you will not find any authentic source of these pictures.

2. This article on Garv Upanishad by @subhash_kak https://link.medium.com/WRB4TsNLz9  is scholarly but here there is no mention of these sculptures.

3. The only literary source is https://www.myindiamyglory.com/2018/08/21/ancient-indians-knew-science-of-fertilization-without-microscope-wow-facts/ which I am not sure is authentic.
