Nowadays, when a girl is in a relationship with several boys at the same time, it is considered as their choice whereas men doing the same thing is considered as cheating and/or a playboy.

They have the responsibility of earning for their family right frm the beginning. They keep juggling between “Mamma’s boy” & “Joru ka Ghulam” taunts. They are not expected to take care of chores. When they do, they get mocked by society. (I have live examples in my neighborhood).

There are so many boys who don’t go to school just because they are supposed to be the bread earner of the family. (Chhotus working in dhabas are the perfect example)

They don’t get to marry if they are not earning.

They do get the threats, “Humari beti ko bhulja, verna jaan se maar denge”

When girlfriend rapes, nobody cares.

Social media is so unsafe for men. They have to think twice before raising an argument otherwise they might end up being falsely accused of verbal harassment and rape threats.

When a guy posts a picture, nobody compliments him. Everybody makes fun of his physique and/or if a guy is really hot, girls straight away start flirting with him because who cares if he is comfortable with that or no.

Well Okay, Men roaming around till 1 pm and nobody judging them might be a privilege. But it’s equally unsafe for them as well.

Boys roaming around with girls is also questioned by society. Ever asked your male friends about it?

When a community has to target another Community, Men are killed.

Patriarchy is not gender-biased. It affects everyone equally.

Lastly, I highly condemn abusive words.

No, no one is born privileged. We all are part of the system.

And yes, Men are awesome. There are specific people (both men and women), who are trash.

There are always different perspectives of looking at things. Please consider all before trashing out anyone.
