We were warned by @BretWeinstein , @HeatherEHeying , @peterboghossian and @ConceptualJames ; as well as through @BenjaminABoyce Documentary about the Evergreen State affair that what happened there would be exported. Well, they were right; and the following proves it.

And while they have some valid points, we have to be very wary of giving what @ConceptualJames calls "Charity" to these people. There is a destructive game of bait and switch going on. Here's how it works; a city declares Racism a PHC. Then they create a Diversity Equity and Inclusion Board; much like we have seen for over a decade in the Universities.

Once the DEI Board is set up, they are tasked with monitoring all local Govt (and contractors etc) for implicit bias and "potential racial bias." This includes School curriculum and materials.

These cities and schools then make a long statement that appears as if the science is settled; that systemic racism is the root of all problems for the Black community (and in some places, it includes other minorities).

In the publication "Racism is a Public Health Crisis." the authors name four areas of racism that affects the health of Black populations: Structural, Institutional, Interpersonal, and Intrapersonal.

The authors also advocate the use of a "racial equity tool to determine whether governmental laws, policies, and practices reinforce racism". So what does this mean? To the average person, it sounds like a good thing; equity and helping those that are poor and in need. But that's not what will happen. As other cities are doing, this is being used as a non-legislative end around for things like reparations.

In their action statements, they normally list how they are going to enact "Anti-Racism" training for all leadership, staff, and "Contracting parties"; as well as prioritizing minority-owned businesses. BTW, these decrees do cover schools most of the time.

This city, in its final action statement, leaves the door open for any other action that can "advance racial equity."

As I continue to research this topic, it has become evident that it is popping up everywhere. In cities, states, and even schools are declaring racism a Public Health Crisis (like this school district in IL).

This is the "Evergreening" of our society. No longer is this contained to our Universities. While we all may agree with some of the issues labeled in these documents; the devil is in the details. Just like with COVID, they can utilize these PHC decrees to exert control.

There will be more information coming out on this. But, in my opinion, this is another play on our system of government by people who want to control the outcomes. This isn't about equality... it's about conformity and control, and it's about our KIDS!!
