I made this thread because i keep seeing more and more armys blaming the whole situation on merries and make it look like we started it all, when we didnāt start shittt so here we go...

So this all started durung the MGA Award Show November 6th in 2018 where both BTS and Momoland were attending.
bts gave their iconic perfomances featuring charlie puth and someone in the audience filmed the other idols reaction to it.

and then there was the fake love perfomance where jimin sadly had a little issue with his voice.

jooe was hitting daisy arm because she was surprised how jimin came lifted up out of nothing and if you keep watching you see them smiling because they enjoyed it and daisy even sang along. they werenāt laughing.
IMPORTANT NOTE: this was the first time momoland attended a award show as guests!! and most likely the very first time they saw bts perfoming live and you know how big their award show performances are. they were freaking excited and thankful to be there.
and then on november 12th this tweet came out of nowhere and thats how it all started
armys where FUMING because they thought that mmld laughed and momoland was trending with THOUSANDS of tweets full of pure hate and disrespect. here are some really mean onces
many merries like me witnessed it all and argued a lot till we even made a #MomolandProtectionParty.
people were bringing up mmlds mr removed and went so far to insult momoland members looks and made fun of their sales

they bullied momoland by using this and said that they only have 64 stans (which eventually became a fandom insider joke thats why many merries have a little 64 in their dn lmao)
Armys also took it all to Momolands instagram till the comments had to be limited by momolands team.

that all happened almost 2 years ago and weāve completely moved on from it since the hate wave stopped a while ago. but these days many armys are twisting the narrative in order to make it look like we merries started it all by saying momoland laughed in order to b*lly jimin.
this narrative started because of this tweet. that person claimed themselves as a merry but i promise yāall, that we all BEGGED them to delete it, because it was cropped and it ruined our efforts to prove that momoland DID NOT laugh + it made us merries look bad.
the thing is, that tweet was A YEAR LATER and i havenāt seen one tweet like that before armys started it all on nov 12th no matter how much i searched.
i looked up tweets regarding that topic from nov 06th - nov 11th and thats all i found. nothing about momoland laughing at j*min.
but when i changed the date from nov 11th - 12th you see this...and it goes on and on.... it had no end lmao
also many armys claimed that momoland limited their comments because of perverts and someone even used the incident where a guy was j #cking off at their concert which is disgusting.

look, we merries donāt hold any grudges to what happened back then. it was a huge misunderstanding and it was bad but itās in the past. worse things happened to mmld after that.
we want to move on from it but we keep seeing ppl who bring this up and twist it all to make it look like itās merries fault until this day which angers us so much. we are a small and humble fandom and just want to support our girls and nothing else.
people who use this video to b*lly jimin arenāt actual merries and nothing more than edgy gg stans who look for trouble and donāt care about momolands reputation.

momoland have such beautiful characters. they really care a lot about their fans and do such much fanservice, do charity and donate so often even tho they donāt sell much and are really humble and down to earth. please respect them.
they still get harassed by people online and they actually do see a lot. please remember that idols are human and have feelings and are not machines who donāt care at all...
