@KotakCares wow! Excellent service that I am getting everytime from Kotak.. Kudos! Initially mine was a corporate salary account..charges has been laid..so I was forced to visit home branch for account conversion..N then riased a request for conversion in last December..(1/n)
Surprisingly I got the best service out of you guys can offer.. Imagine..Literally It took 6 - 7 months to get this converted frm ur end.. When I raised my concern about the same.. you ppl just apologised nd reinitiated a refund for the amount debited after December..(2/n)
Nd now again history repeated one more time..When I enquired about the same..answer dat I got really stunned me out! Since I am holding a platinum debit card I have been charged..as previously mine was a corporate account they haven't charged me any..(3/n)
But now, as mine is no more a corporate account..nd as I am holding a platinum card..they charged me.. Nd if incase If i haven't downgrade my card..Same charges will be laid annually.. they said..kudos! Really getting frustrated with this kind of services from kotak...(4/n)
Kotak need to address few of my issues here dat I do have..
1stly..Is account conversion means half baked conversions(account will be converted but not debit card) ??

2ndly, charges are laid for last annual period,Out which Majority period mine is a corporate account (5/n)
Except for the last 2months...so why charges then??

3rdly, do I need to really visit branch everytime to get resolutions.. especially in this pandemic situation??

Fed-up with this kind of laim excuses from Kotak.. Right now! I Just wana close my account at any cost..(6/n)
@KotakCares needs to adress this... If not.. Will be taking this to the extend what ever I can... Will be updating this thread based on kotak's reply to this (7/n)
Update! It seems kotak doesn't wana answer this... Just giving a bot kind of response.. Not justifying to the questions dat I raised.. Let see..
