Sept. 11:

-blueberry yogurt w 5-grain raspberry almond granola + strawberries

-leftover mcdonalds oreo mcflurry + a fibre-1 brownie

-small sandwich + tomatos + a fibre 1 lemon bar

Total: 1510 calories 😬 yikes but at least it's under my TDEE
Sept 12:

-Carrots, grape tomatos, celery sticks w peanut butter, pepperoni stick, Fibre-1 cinnamon bun bar, & salted toasted almond mocha raspberry iced coffee
-1/2 bottle of powerade ultra
-Baked beans, everything bagel w salted butter, & zevia cal-free orange soda

Total: 1114
Sept 13
-baked beans + everything bagel w butter again
-frozen grapes, pretzels, dark chocolate covered almonds, fibre-1 lemon and brownie bars

Total: 1300... fucking almonds being so calorie-dense..
Haha jk. Idk how much it ended up actually being bc I stopped counting after 2,000 calories. But it's a lot.
Sept 14

-salted toffee mocha w whip + 8 ferrero rocher chocolates
-frozen grapes, fibre-1 lemon bar, pretzels, and garden harvest sun chips

Total: 1129

Ok so i obv didn't do the liquid fast, but i also didn't eat the entire box of chocolates, so... i'll take it as a victory

Binged 2,000+ cals idk fuck me. The more i eat, the more i eat. Ppl try to say my bingeing is in reaction to restricting, but i only ever binge after i have proper meals and have been eating a lot, soooooo.....
