I really hope @GLAConservative come out and condemn this behaviour unequivocally despite their candidate Shaun Bailey's past racist comments.

Apparently the guy says "black cab lives matter", not c*nt.
But another guy used a racial trope - "big nosed c*nt". So this is motivated by racism.
