#Bensonsforbeds cancelled a delivery for our brand new bed and mattress because of a fictional financial discrepancy on their part without even contacting us and have left us without a bed for 18 days if i hadn't already paid 300 pound deposit I would tell them where to stuff
I can assure you that putting this on a dm on twitter doesn't mean that I won't be telling all my friends and family about the atrocious customer service from bensons
@BensonsForBeds won't be buying anything else from these people after their antics terrible customer service very close to canceling the bed that will now be delayed for at least 26days and only just told us through a DM
@BensonsForBeds more like bensons for lies, at the very least they could of told us it would be 8 wks delivery and if it was less then that would be a bonus
@BensonsForBeds if they told us from the start that there could be a delay because of " covid " then fine but no they said it had been taken off the the truck for a fictitious financial problem or the next one was it was delayed because there wasn't anymore time slots available

@BensonsForBeds OK as a mid fifties aged couple we will have to sleep on the floor for nearly a month after being told it was coming on the 4th Sept but your "sorry" will make me more comfortable!!
