#Goldboro is our advanced exploration and development project and forms a key part of $ANX's strategy for near-term growth.
Located on tidewater approximately 185KM NE of #Halifax within #NovaScotia’s Eastern Goldfields District. We acquired the project as part of a merger with 100%-owned subsidiary Orex Exploration Inc in early 2017.
#Goldboro is a prolific and stable #gold jurisdiction w/ over 4.5 M oz of known gold in 11 deposits in 150KM radius.
Since acquiring the project in 2017, $ANX has completed a total of 104 diamond drill holes (BR-17-01 to BR-19-104) totalling 28,068.1 metres. Drilling has focused on testing the down plunge, down-dip and along strike extension.
Drilling also focused on infilling under-drilled areas of the Deposit in order to upgrade mineral resources from the inferred to indicated and measured categories.
#Goldboro Gold Deposit:
• High-grade quartz veins and mineralized wallrock
• 57 stacked and anticlinally folded mineralized zones
• 2.1 km strike and mineralization confirmed at 550 metres depth
• Open in all directions; continuing to expand the deposit

Goldboro Resource Growth saw a 51.2% increase total inferred mineral resource for 6.9% increase in gold grade bringing the total to 685,100 ounces (3.007 million tonnes at 7.09 g/t gold)
